Goal: Force the downswing to arrive from the inside
How to do it
Place a headcover 5 cm outside and 10 cm behind the ball. Hit balls without touching it: if you come over the top, you'll strike it before the ball. Start with an 8-iron at 60% and raise the intensity gradually.
Down-the-line: from the top, the hands and club move outward (toward the ball line) before dropping; the club crosses the plane and attacks out-to-in.
